Bethany Harbin

Tracey has been with our office since 2006. Before coming to our office he worked for UPS for 18 years. He can help with all your insurance needs and if a claim arises, he can help facilitate to make sure your claim is being handled correctly. Tracey grew up playing all sports & played baseball in college. He's coached middle school & rec baseball, basketball & soccer over the years. He loves all things sports! Tracey is also my husband of over 33 yrs. He's a great dad to our 4 daughters, and loves his grand kids, who refer to him as "Coach". You may also catch him out & about in our 1977 Smokey & the Bandit edition Trans Am!

Raegan has been with our office since 2013. She is a graduate of MTSU, a local native of this area, and also my oldest daughter! Raegan can help uncover needs and find the right coverage to fit those needs! She can help transfer your policies if you're relocating here from another state. She enjoys helping small businesses with their insurance needs. She can help with auto, home, renters, & life insurance as well as any billing questions and policy changes you might have. Raegan enjoys anything outdoors & spending time with her husband & young children!

Liza has been with our office for over 4 years. She's my next to the youngest daughter. She's a 2018 graduate of Ole Miss & a 4 yr starter on the Ole Miss soccer team- she's a natural athlete & loves all things outdoors & sports related! She can help with billing questions, claims, policy changes & many other things. She will help review your policies with you to make sure you're getting the discounts you deserve and the coverage you need. When she's not working she enjoys being active outdoors & spending time with friends & family.

Susie has been with State Farm for over 10 yrs. She makes sure our customers are taken care of by watching policy changes & making sure policies are delivered correctly & accurately to our customers! She makes sure our policyholders are getting the discounts they deserve. She also helps with billing and stays in constant communication with our customers so they know the status of their policies. She helps with payment options to make sure policies stay in force & don't unintentionally lapse. When Susie's not working she enjoys spending time with her family & knitting! She is a hard worker, & is always thinking of how she can help others!

Jon works part time for us & has several years of experience working in agent's offices. One of his focuses is reviewing policies to make sure coverages are up to date, discounts are in place, and there are no potential gaps. When not working Jon enjoys spending time with his family. We're glad to have Jon as part of our team!

Beverly comes to us with over 30 yrs of experience! Beverly handles existing customer accounts, making sure things are processed correctly. She is licensed in auto, home, life and health. She's a huge asset to our team! When you talk to Beverly, you'll recognize the wealth of experience, knowledge and skills she brings to our office! Beverly is also a new grandmother & enjoys spending as much time as possible with her granddaughter!

Dannika has several years of State Farm experience & works remote part time for us. She communicates with customers when they've had a loss to make sure things are going smoothly from start to finish with their claim. Fun fact... Dannika works side by side with her mom, Beverly who also works for us! They share a home office & both work hard to keep things running efficiently in our office!
